Jennifer Wood is a passionate firearms safety educator and instructor dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for new shooters. With a strong belief that confidence and competence go hand in hand, Jennifer specializes in guiding students through the fundamentals of responsible firearms handling—ensuring they leave each session not only skilled, but inspired.

A certified USCCA Instructor and former Assistant Manager at large and exclusive shooting range in Phoenix, Jennifer has provided concierge-level service and instruction to private clients, new shooters, women, and group events alike. Her approach blends clear communication, structured training, and a deep commitment to firearm safety in both classroom and live-fire settings.

Jennifer’s professional journey is rooted in a diverse background of leadership, business ownership, and client-focused industries. In addition to her work in firearms instruction, she has more than a decade of experience in real estate and corporate operations, where she honed her skills in customer service, event planning, and organizational leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University and remains deeply engaged in her local community through volunteer and fundraising efforts with the local schools and churches.
